One of the most important steps to cleaning cookware from enamel is to let it cool. Although this tool is durable, rapid and dramatic temperature changes can cause the enamel to crack or break. Once cool, fill the pan with warm soapy water and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Then, wash using a soft towel or sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.
